From an initial brief our experienced team can supply designs ranging from concept ideas with sample pages to highly finished visuals.
We can digitise originals for incorporation into your documents, and handle reflective, colour, black/white, contone and linework, positive and negative.
We can handle originals, including those on rigid board, up to a size of A3+ (305 × 457mm). The recent addition of an Epson Expression 10000 A3+ flatbed scanner enables us to scan larger than A3 artwork as 'tiles' to be stiched back together in Adobe Photoshop.
Our artwork creation service allows you to illustrate your job using our experienced artists. We can draw anything from cartoons to complex technical illustrations, both in traditional and digital forms.
We can produce complex Microsoft Word and PowerPoint files to aid teachers and lecturers in their explanation of your books or to act as supplementary learning material for students. Word files can be as simple or complex as you wish, include tables and graphics, hyperlinks, or be locked with editable fields. PowerPoint files can be created using both figures and tables extracted from your Quark files, if you desire. We can supply files for use on the Web or CD-ROM, in PC or Macintosh format and PC CD-ROMs that will autorun with interactive contents screens.
We can provide PDF files for computer to plate printing and for all your electronic publishing needs. Inexpensive quality digital colour proofs can be supplied from our Xerox Docuprint 240 or Canon CLC3200 laser printers. Large format printing is also avalible, using Kodak’s advanced Matchprint proofing technology, our Epson 9800 printer can offer high quality, colour accurate, inkjet proofs.
